I am going to start with an overview of the camp. The photos represent about 40% of the long term camp, as seen from the hill. No way was I climbing high enough to get the whole camp (which wasn't possible anyway), at 9000' in elevation. I would have needed oxygen long before I got there...

They butchered & skinned a small Buffalo as a demo. The fella with the camera is part of the Discovery Channel crew who were there. I have a nice Buffalo roast in the fridge to show for it. So do most of the rest of these folks...

And now for the part I like best, the music!

Baltimore Red

Nightsinger (Jon Bower) on the right, Dean Oliver (Bass) on the left

Harry Harpoon on the right (who also was Segundo), Timberline on the left (who served as Booshway).

The band at the Ladies Social, that joint was Rockin'! The waiters were all young guys in nothing but breechclouts. The booze was flowing & the ladies were partying down!

These folks provided a more traditional performance...

There were others, Steve , Danny, Jake Wise (heck of a fiddle player!) Freddy, Moon, Rose & others too many to name. We played with Harry & the band a few nights (myself & Peach Pie) & Danny & Steve twice. We had a ball at both camps!

I will have CD's on my web store ( www.sheasmtn.com ) in a day or so featuring Harry Harpoon, Baltimore Red & the band. Listen to Baltimore Red here... http://rondyvoo.homestead.com/Talking_Wolverine__14_Train_Song_Blues.mp3 . You can listen to Harry & Doc Mongo at http://perfectbedlammusic.com/ . Together with Dean Oliver & Baltimore Red they make up the Perfect Bedlam Band.
